Senior Engineering Manager

In this role, you will drive technical excellence, shape impactful products, and play a key part in how we grow and operate engineering at scale. You will work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where people leadership and engineering quality go hand in hand.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hire, lead, and develop a team of engineers — including tech leads, software engineers, and QAs — who report directly to you</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ensure growth and development for all team members through coaching and mentoring, regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews; identify and remove roadblocks and distractions</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Nurture strong relationships with other engineering managers, tech leads, and product managers across the organisation</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Define priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure regular updates and follow-ups on the team's scope of work</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support engineering department goals by setting team requirements, objectives, and timelines</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Make relevant technical and business decisions that ensure predictable delivery in terms of timelines, stability, and performance</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and maintain a culture of engineering excellence — upholding high standards of quality and reliability</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Servant leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to engineering on a daily basis</li>
