Junior Basketball Trader

From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.</p></div><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As a <strong>Junior Basketball Trader</strong>, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of basketball odds across Super's growing product — from setting pre-match lines to managing high-speed in-play markets covering the NBA, NCAA, EuroLeague, Liga ACB, and beyond. Based on the trading floor in São Paulo, this is a role for someone with a courtside mind: precise, quick to react, and passionate about the game. You will work on a shift-rotation basis, including evenings and weekends, to be at the heart of the action when markets are live.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>Market Management:</em> Set up and price a wide range of basketball markets, including Point Spreads, Moneylines, and Totals (Over/Under)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>Player Props:</em> Help compile odds for player stat markets including Points, Rebounds, Assists, Threes Made, and Double-Doubles</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>In-Play Trading:</em> Manage live basketball games using our in-house Hoops Model, adjusting lines in real time as momentum shifts</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>Risk Monitoring:</em> Assess incoming bets to identify sharp patterns and work with the Risk team to protect the company's exposure during high-stakes games</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>Competitive Analysis:</em> Monitor global market movements to ensure prices are both attractive to customers and mathematically sound</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><em>Continuous Improvement:</em> Collaborate with data scientists and Playstack developers to provide feedback on improving the speed and accuracy of basketball models</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfort with numbers and basic probability, including an understanding of how odds represent the likelihood of an event</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Good English speaking and writing skills for collaboration with global teams</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">High comfort level with Excel and the ability to learn complex trading software quickly</li>
