In this role you will be responsible for administering and providing functional expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The goal is to support implementation project cycles and provide 1st level support for business users, whilst also playing a major role in creating our future business applications strategy together with the Business Applications team.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage projects within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations portfolio</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support internal users working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP, payment processors, fixed asset management, inventory management, procure-to-pay, etc.)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Analyse user needs and translate them into functional requirements</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Organise and manage user training</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Create and maintain solution documentation</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prepare users and projects for go-live</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop simple reports</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead communication between internal users and external partners, collaborating with the Business Applications team and other internal departments to implement process improvements</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">At least 3 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and supply chain processes</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to independently develop standards and manage processes</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a true consultant to the business</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fluency in English</li>
