HOW ARE WE MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Over the past five years, the Super Foundation has donated more than €17 million to support sports, health, education, and humanitarian causes.
€12.5 million has been dedicated to fueling the growth of chess both locally and internationally.
€1.5 million has supported underrepresented sports such as kayaking, wheelchair basketball, and paraclimbing – empowering a new generation of young athletes.
In health and education, over €1.5 million have gone toward supporting vulnerable groups, including the elderly, homeless, people with disabilities, and cancer patients, through partnerships with local NGOs and charities. The funds have also been used to help rebuild and refurbish schools, enhancing learning environments for students.
We have provided nearly €1 million to deliver food and shelter in Bucharest for more than 5,500 Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war, and we were among the first responders when floods hit Romania and Poland.
Over €800,000 has been contributed to national film production companies to foster cultural and artistic growth in Romania.
